Denham Holmes is originally from Newbury in Berkshire. Ever since he was a little boy he’s been fascinated by magic, so at an early age took lessons from one of the country’s leading actor/magicians. After performing on the stage of the Magic Circle and reaching the finals of a national talent contest, Denham realised there could be a future for him in magic. At the age of 16, he became one of the original cast members in Derek W. Hilton’s Sim Sala Bim Theatre Show. The show is still going strong and Denham is often asked back for guest appearances. After graduating from Sheffield Hallam University in Business & Technology, Denham trained to teach English and went to live in Spain, Czech Republic and Germany. On his return to England he passed his professional accountancy exams and worked for Johnson & Johnson before heading for a finance job in the City. During all this time magic remained a huge passion for Denham and never once did he want to stop performing. Denham recently gave up his City job to dedicate more time to magic. BimBalaBoom was born!
